I qualified
as a counselling psychologist; and hold a national certificate for part
time youth work and community. Social exclusion is a particular
interest to me, and working within a pupil referral centre has helped me
understand young people's needs. My most recent study is concerned
with helping people cope with the ageing process, which will inevitably
affect most of us.
I offer counselling supervision especially to trainee therapists, and my
own supervision is supported by a highly qualified reputable U.K.C.P.
Psychotherapist whose past employment has been linked with social work and
mental health.
